We have taken down our Order And Support Ticket System and this will not be used anymore for ordering.
All of our other ordering options are still available but in the short upcoming weeks there will be some more changes regarding of not having via email as a ordering option. Due to GW policies, which we do respect.

Recently Bit Kingdom has moved its store to a bigger location to accommodate our locals.
We have been hard at working moving inventory and setting up our new huge gaming area.
This has taken us a bit of time and is the reason why there hasn’t been too much contact with your gamers on the blog.
Now with the move almost complete we’ll be back to posting and communicating regularly with the newsletter and the blog.
Our hobby shop is still within the same shopping center just a bigger location.
Pictures and more information will be posted shortly.

We have just added a new feature to Bit Kingdom…
Bit Kingdom Trading Post
This is where you can trade in your Bits and Sprues and receive credit towards future orders.
Many gamers have been asking for this and we’ve delivered. We hope you enjoy it and take full advantage of it!

The updates are finished!
You can view the NEW easy to read pricing sheet here… We have done away with the downloadable sheet because this is much easier in so many ways.
Check it out.
Secondly we’ve added a lot of new products and we have many more new products on the way. The new products can both be viewed on the new pricing sheet and in our catalog with pictures.

We are redoing our catalog. Since we are adding a new line of bits/sprues to it. It won’t be a download any longer. It will now be displayed on our pages. As for our catalog will be now just be displaying Product title/Sale Price/Shipping/Total.
Just email, meebo or call me if you want to know if a product is in stock or not. Doing this way is alot more efficient. I do inventory checks all the time. Since I’m not allowed to have a shopping cart. Updating the catalog constantly on quantity is hassle which slows operations down.

I would like to give our community an overview of the ordering options Bit Kingdom has for you. You may have already noticed that there is no shopping cart. In accordance with GW policies we’re not allowed to have an online shopping cart but we have 4 ways to order that GW allows.
All of these options can be found on our Place An Order page…
- Order By Email - Once you’re done browsing the catalog simply send us an email with the requested items and quantity along with your full name and shipping address so you can be provided with a accurate total
- Live Customer Support - The support widget on the order page can be used to place your order. When I’m available I will be online to assist you.
- Order & Support Ticket System - This is yet another option you’re being provided with to order. You can easily create an account that will allow you to contact us for orders and support.
- Order Hotline - If you prefer to call us up to place an order or ask any questions than you’re more than welcome to.
