Kingdom is my life and gaming is my passion. The support you've
given me since I first I started Bit Kingdom back in February of 2008
has been extraordinary.
I've served thousands across
the world and it's been nothing but amazing. The friendships I've
made, the gamers I've connected with and the experience has been a dream
come true.
With your support Bit Kingdom
has grown from a small Ebay Store to a retail hobby shop and gaming
facility in my hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
I have recently moved to a new
retail location to accommodate the rapid growth. I've also been
implementing a new website, ordering and customer support system to
handle the increased orders and rapid growth.
This has taken time away from
assisting you and providing you with the best possible service I once
gave you and this I can't live with.
To remedy the problem I'll be
putting a hold on all new orders while I finalize the move to the new
hobby store and gaming facility while I put the finishing touches on the
new website, ordering and customer support systems.
I'm sorry to say that Bit
Kingdom will be down for 1 to 2 weeks and I will not be accepting any new
orders during this 1 to 2 week period.
